Mammoth Loaded Nachos Recipe
Ingredients:
- Tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Mammoth Sauce Co. Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup guacamole (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced cooked chicken or ground beef (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spread a layer of tortilla chips on a baking sheet.

Sprinkle a mixture of shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the chips.

Add diced tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and pickled jalapeños on top of the cheese.

If you want to add meat, distribute the cooked chicken or ground beef evenly over the nachos.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the nachos are heated through.

While the nachos are baking, mix the sour cream and hot sauce together in a small bowl. Adjust the hot sauce to your desired level of spiciness.

Once the nachos are out of the oven, drizzle the sour cream and hot sauce mixture over the top.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and guacamole (if desired).

Serve immediately and enjoy your loaded nachos with hot sauce!
